To continue delivering the level of service, attention, and care you deserve, we will be implementing a renewal rate structure which will be shared with you at the time of your membership renewal. Additionally, Dr. Bergman's hourly rate will increase to $600/hour. These pricing adjustments will be effective September 1^st, 2026 and allow us to continue investing in our team, technology, and patient experience while maintaining the high standards of care you expect from our practice.

Your rate will not increase until your next renewal period term. Example: If your current membership does not end until February of 2027, the new rate will only apply after renewing.

We understand that any increase in healthcare costs can be challenging, and we remain committed to working with you whenever possible. If you have any questions regarding specific services or pricing, please reach out to me.
